Feedova Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 October 2026 · version 2026-10-21b
These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") govern access to and use of Feedova. Feedova is an online service that produces marketing content (images, videos, voices, avatars, texts, analyses) for brands that sell online (the "Service").
The Service is provided by Nabta LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), registered under entity number 2026-002022285, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Feedova", "we", "us"). Our full contact details are set out in the legal notice.
The Terms of Use apply to anyone who creates an account or uses the Service, whether as the holder of an Organization or as a member invited by the holder ("you"). The purchase of a subscription or of credits is also governed by the Terms of Sale (the "Terms of Sale"). The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for the data we process on behalf of customers, in the Data Processing Agreement (the "DPA").
By creating an account, or by using the Service, you accept the Terms of Use. If you accept them on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
1. Definitions
- Organization: a customer's space in the Service. It brings together one or more Brands, Users, settings and credits.
- Customer: the individual or legal entity that holds an Organization. A Customer is either a Business Customer (acting for the purposes of its commercial, industrial, craft, liberal professional or agricultural activity) or a Consumer (an individual acting for purposes that fall outside the scope of their professional activity).
- Owner: the User who created the Organization, or the User to whom that role has been transferred. The Owner manages the subscription, access rights and settings.
- User: any person who accesses the Service within an Organization, with the role assigned by the Owner or an administrator.
- Brand: a space within the Organization dedicated to one brand, with its own memory, library and settings.
- Content: everything you upload, connect or enter in the Service (product pages, reviews and messages from your customers, photos, videos, voices, brand assets, instructions, comments, sorting decisions).
- Outputs: everything the Service generates for you (images, videos, sounds, voices, avatars, texts, analyses, recommendations).
- Credits: the unit used to launch actions that consume paid resources, in particular artificial intelligence resources. The rules governing Credits are set out in the Terms of Sale.
2. Access to the Service and account
2.1 Who may use the Service
2.1.1 The Service is open to Business Customers and Consumers worldwide, subject to section 2.1.3. Each User must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding commitments.
2.1.2 When you create an Organization, you state whether you are acting as a Business Customer or as a Consumer, at the latest at the time of your first purchase. This information determines which rules of the Terms of Sale apply (prices, right of withdrawal, legal guarantees). You must update it if your situation changes.
2.1.3 The Service may not be used by any person targeted by economic sanctions, or from any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or from any country where the Service is not offered because one of our essential providers is not available there, as described in the Terms of Sale (section 20). Sign-up is refused from these countries.
2.2 Account creation
2.2.1 You must provide accurate, current and complete information, and keep it up to date. You confirm your email address through the link we send you; some features, such as inviting a member, are available only after this confirmation.
2.2.2 When it is created, your Organization receives a sample brand, filled with demonstration content, so that you can discover the Service. Nothing is generated on the sample brand. Generating new content requires a paid subscription, on the terms of the Terms of Sale.
2.2.3 Creating an account and exploring the sample brand are free of charge and do not commit you to any purchase.
2.3 Credentials and security
2.3.1 Each User has their own credentials. An account may not be shared between several people.
2.3.2 You must keep your credentials confidential and use the security features we offer. You can view and sign out your connected devices in Settings. Notify us without delay of any unauthorized use of your account at contact@feedova.ai, with the subject line "Security".
2.4 Organization, roles and access
2.4.1 The Owner invites Users, assigns them a role, chooses the pages and tabs they can access, and may set Credit spending limits. The Owner may remove a User at any time.
2.4.2 The Customer is responsible for the activity carried out in its Organization, including by the Users it invites, and for those Users' compliance with the Terms of Use.
2.4.3 A User may belong to several Organizations. In each of them, the User acts on behalf of the Customer concerned and in accordance with the role received in that Organization.
3. Brands
3.1 Each Brand has its own memory (audience, desires, pain points, beliefs, market, what works), library and settings. The Service builds this memory from your Content and updates it continuously, with every sorting decision, every comment and every result.
3.2 You may create a Brand only for a brand that you own or that you are authorized to represent. Before creating a Brand for its client, an agency or freelancer confirms that it has that client's authorization, in particular to import the client's data and connect the client's accounts.
3.3 Brands within the same Organization do not share their memory. Brands belonging to two different Organizations never see each other.
4. Your Content
4.1 Your rights
You retain all rights you hold in your Content.
4.2 The license we need to provide the Service
You grant us, worldwide and for the necessary duration, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, analyze, transform and transmit your Content, including to our subprocessors, to the extent necessary to provide the Service, secure it, assist you and comply with the law. This license ends when your Content is deleted from our systems, as provided in the Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy, except for the use provided for in section 4.3.
4.3 Improvement of our models and services
4.3.1 We may use your Content, your Outputs and the way you use the Service (for example what you keep, discard or comment on) to improve our models, our generation rules and our services, including to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models used by Feedova. For this purpose, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, unlimited in duration.
4.3.2 Before using them for this purpose, we remove the personal data they contain, or replace it with pseudonyms, to the extent reasonably possible: for example names, screen names, email addresses and order numbers in the reviews and messages of your customers. We do not use for this purpose the face, body or voice of an identifiable real person, except with that person's consent, or any sensitive data or children's data. These measures greatly reduce the risk, but we do not claim that the resulting data or models are anonymous in the strict sense, or that no information could ever be extracted from them.
4.3.3 You may opt out of this use for your Organization at any time, without giving reasons and without any effect on your use of the Service: by writing to privacy@feedova.ai from the Owner's email address and then, once it is available, with the option provided in Settings. For Enterprise accounts, this opt-out is guaranteed by contract. We will notify you in the Service before the first training, so that you can opt out before it begins. The opt-out applies going forward: a model that has already been trained cannot always be modified, but we stop using your Content for subsequent trainings.
4.3.4 We do not sell your Content and we do not make it accessible to other customers. Improved models or rules benefit all customers, without any customer's Content being shown to another customer.
4.3.5 The details, the legal basis relied on under the GDPR and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy. As of the date of these Terms of Use, no model is trained with customers' Content.
4.4 Your commitments regarding Content
You represent and warrant that you:
(a) hold all rights, licenses and authorizations necessary in your Content and for its use in the Service, including for the uses provided for in sections 4.2 and 4.3;
(b) where your Content includes personal data (reviews, customer service messages, photos or videos of people, voice recordings), collected that data lawfully, informed the data subjects and have a legal basis for entrusting it to us, as provided in the DPA;
(c) have the written consent of every identifiable person whose face, body or voice you provide (models, creators, employees, customers), covering use by artificial intelligence, the creation of variants and the intended advertising uses, in the countries of distribution;
(d) will not upload sensitive data (health, sex life or sexual orientation, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometric data used to identify a person, genetic data), children's data or identity documents, unless this is strictly necessary, lawful and agreed with us in writing in advance.
5. Public data collected for you
5.1 At your request, the Service collects and analyzes information published by third parties (public reviews, forum discussions, ads from public ad libraries, trends) to understand what your audience and your market are saying.
5.2 We collect this information through the official interfaces of the sites concerned or through contracted providers, and we exclude sources that clearly refuse automated collection. We delete or pseudonymize authors' names and identifiers as soon as possible and keep only what is useful for the analysis.
5.3 You may use this information only for your own marketing research and creative work. You must not attempt to identify, contact, profile or target its authors, and you must not reproduce third-party ads in a way that infringes their rights.
6. Connected services
6.1 You may connect third-party services to the Service, such as a Meta ad account, Instagram, Google Drive, Slack or your online store. You authorize us to access them within the limits of the permissions you grant, and only for the features you use.
6.2 You remain the holder of these accounts and you must comply with the terms of these services. Actions that have an effect outside the Service (launching, modifying or stopping an ad, publishing a post) are carried out only on your instruction or after your approval in the Service.
6.3 We are not responsible for the decisions of these services (rejection of an ad, restriction or closure of an account, changes to their rules or interfaces), or for their interruptions.
6.4 You may disconnect a service at any time. We then stop accessing it and delete the access tokens; data already imported is retained or deleted as provided in the Privacy Policy.
7. Outputs generated by artificial intelligence
7.1 Ownership
As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law and by our providers' terms, the Outputs generated for you belong to you, and we assign to you any rights we may have in them, subject to the license in section 4.3. You acknowledge that: (a) depending on the country, content generated by artificial intelligence may not be protected by copyright, or only in part; (b) similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users; (c) the Service, its content templates, its methods and its know-how remain our property.
7.2 Review before use
Outputs are generated automatically. They may contain errors, inaccuracies, visual defects, invented elements, unintended resemblance to existing people, brands or works, or content that does not comply with the rules that apply to you. You must review each Output before using it.
7.3 You are responsible for what you publish
You decide whether and how to use an Output. You are responsible, as advertiser and publisher, for the content you publish, for its claims and for its compliance with the laws and rules that apply to it, in particular:
(a) the prohibition of misleading or unfair commercial practices and of false advertising;
(b) the rules on comparative advertising and on the use of third parties' trademarks, names and works;
(c) sector-specific rules: health, cosmetic, nutrition or slimming claims, food supplements, medicines and medical devices, alcohol, financial products;
(d) image rights, personality rights and the "right of publicity" of the people depicted;
(e) the rules of the platforms where you publish, including those of Meta (section 8).
7.4 Transparency about artificial intelligence
7.4.1 What Feedova does. The files you export from Feedova will carry a machine-readable marking indicating that they were generated or modified by artificial intelligence: metadata (C2PA standard or equivalent) and, where the model allows it, an invisible watermark. We undertake that this marking will be in place as soon as paid plans open, and no later than 2 December 2026. You must not remove or alter these markings.
7.4.2 What you do. Where the law or a platform requires it, you must inform the public that content is generated or modified by artificial intelligence, in particular:
(a) in the European Union, for image, audio or video content that resembles existing persons, objects, places, entities or events and could falsely appear to be authentic ("deep fake"), under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), Article 50(4); according to the European Commission's guidelines, a realistic human avatar or a cloned voice in an advertisement falls under this rule;
(b) in France, the statement « Photographie retouchée » ("retouched photograph") for commercial photographs of models whose body shape has been altered, and the statements « Images virtuelles » ("virtual images") or « Images retouchées » ("retouched images") in influencer content;
(c) in the State of New York, the disclosure of synthetic performers generated by artificial intelligence in advertisements;
(d) on Meta, the disclosure required for certain ads and Meta's rules on content generated by artificial intelligence.
The AI Transparency page gives you examples of disclosures.
7.5 Prohibited uses
You must not use the Service to create, adapt or distribute content that:
(a) deceives: fake reviews or fake testimonials, people generated by artificial intelligence presented as real customers, experts, doctors or employees, fabricated before/after results or comparisons, false claims about a product, its origin, price, availability or effects, false scarcity, false endorsements;
(b) impersonates a real person, in particular by reproducing their face, body or voice without their prior written consent, or shows them saying or doing what they have neither said nor done;
(c) infringes third-party rights: trademarks, logos, protected works (images, videos, music, characters, texts), designs and models; when you adapt an existing ad to your brand, you must make sure that the result is an original adaptation and not a copy;
(d) falls under regulated advertising without complying with its rules: health, medicines, food supplements, slimming, alcohol, tobacco and vaping, gambling, financial products and crypto-assets, dating, political or electoral advertising;
(e) is sexually explicit, sexualizes minors in any way whatsoever, or shows an identifiable real person in an intimate, nude or sexual manner without their explicit consent; lingerie and swimwear may be shown without nudity, within the limits of the platforms' rules;
(f) incites hatred, violence or discrimination, harasses or threatens, or targets minors inappropriately;
(g) is unlawful in the country of publication, or is used for spam or disinformation.
7.6 Avatars and voices
7.6.1 The avatars and voices offered by default in the Service are fictitious or used under license. They do not represent real customers and may not be presented as such.
7.6.2 You may create an avatar or a voice from a real person only with that person's prior, written, informed and revocable consent, in compliance with local law on image, voice and personality rights. You must keep proof of this consent and provide it to us on request.
7.7 Reviews, testimonials and staged content
7.7.1 What Feedova does. Feedova is set up never to write a review, a star rating, a first name attached to a quote or a customer result figure that does not come from your brand's data. Before returning an ad copy, a rewrite of an ad copy or the text of a static creative, an automatic check reads the text: a rating, a signature or a customer result figure that it cannot find in the data you provided (product sheets, claims, reviews, customer quotes, brief) triggers an automatic rewrite, in one pass. Feedova is also set up to quote a customer only from your data, with its reference, and to mark "to disclose: AI-generated content / staged" a text in which a generated or acted person speaks as a customer (UGC script, avatar, staged testimonial); the texts screen then shows a notice. These checks rely on patterns and on instructions given to the models: they may miss a case or flag one wrongly, and they do not replace your review (section 7.2).
7.7.2 What you do. When you publish an Output:
(a) you present as a customer's review or testimonial only what comes from a real customer who actually used the product, and you do not edit their quote in a way that changes its meaning;
(b) you keep proof of the source of each customer quote (review, date, platform) and can produce it on request;
(c) when content shows a person generated by artificial intelligence, or an actor, speaking as a customer, you say so clearly where you publish it, from the first exposure (for example "Staged, AI-generated person"), under the applicable rules: in the European Union, Article 50(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and Annex I, points 22 and 23c, of Directive 2005/29/EC; in the United Kingdom, Schedule 20 to the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024; in the United States, sections 255.2(c) and 465.2 of Title 16 of the Code of Federal Regulations;
(d) any result figure you put forward is true, substantiated, and representative of what your customers get;
(e) you disclose any connection between your brand and the person recommending the product (free product, payment, employee, executive).
8. Meta advertising rules
8.1 When you use Outputs in ads on Facebook, Instagram or other Meta services, you must comply with Meta's advertising standards, in particular its rules on digitally created or altered content, on health and appearance (no image that creates a negative self-perception in order to sell a diet or health product, no idealized before/after), on personal attributes and on intellectual property.
8.2 Meta may label content as created or altered by artificial intelligence and may reject an ad. We help you prepare compliant content, but we do not guarantee that an ad will be accepted or will remain online.
9. Proper use of the Service
You must not:
(a) copy, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Service, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
(b) access the Service by automated means that we do not provide, circumvent its limits, its Credit system or its security measures, or test its vulnerabilities without our written consent;
(c) resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties beyond what your Plan allows;
(d) use the Service or its Outputs to develop a competing product, or to train a model intended to compete with the Service;
(e) introduce malicious code, overload the infrastructure or disrupt the Service for other users;
(f) use the Service in breach of the law or of the Terms of Use.
10. Our intellectual property
10.1 The Service, its software, interfaces, models, generation instructions, methods and documentation, and the Feedova name and logo belong to Nabta LLC or its licensors. The Terms of Use grant you only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of your account and your subscription.
10.2 If you send us ideas or feedback, for example through "Something wrong, an idea?", we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.
11. Moderation, notices and suspension
11.1 To prevent prohibited uses, we rely on the automated moderation of our artificial intelligence providers, which may refuse an instruction, and we may add our own automated filters. A member of our team reviews notices, appeals and cases that the automated tools cannot resolve. We may refuse to generate, block, hide or remove content that breaches the Terms of Use or the law. The Credits for a generation refused by moderation are returned to you (Terms of Sale, section 8.5).
11.2 Reporting content. Anyone may report to us content stored in the Service that they consider illegal, by writing to contact@feedova.ai with the subject line "Report". The notice states the reasons, the exact location of the content (URL or screenshot), the contact details of the person submitting it and a statement of good faith. We process it diligently and objectively, and we inform the person who submitted it of our decision.
11.3 Statement of reasons. When we restrict content or an account, we inform the User concerned of the reasons for our decision, the facts on which it is based, where applicable the use of an automated tool, and the available means of redress, unless the law prohibits it or providing this information is manifestly impossible.
11.4 Suspension. We may suspend a User, a Brand or an Organization in the event of a serious or repeated breach of the Terms of Use, a serious legal or security risk, or a request from an authority, as provided in the Terms of Sale. Where possible, we notify you first and give you the opportunity to explain yourself.
11.5 Challenging a decision. You may challenge a moderation or suspension decision by writing to contact@feedova.ai with the subject line "Appeal", within six months after the decision. A member of our team reviews the decision again.
12. Third-party providers and availability
The Service relies on third-party providers (hosting, artificial intelligence models, payment, email). Their availability and their rules may affect the Service. Some of them impose rules on the content that may be generated: these rules apply to you through the Terms of Use. The list of our subprocessors indicates what each one receives and what it does with it.
13. Liability
13.1 The warranties, exclusions and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Sale (sections 15 and 16) apply to the use of the Service, including a free account, within the limits they provide.
13.2 If you are a Consumer, nothing in the Terms of Use limits the rights you have under the law of your country of residence where that law does not allow them to be waived, in particular your legal guarantees and your right to compensation.
14. Closing your account
14.1 You may close your account at any time. Until self-service deletion is available in Settings, write to privacy@feedova.ai from your account's email address: we close your account within 30 days. The Owner must first cancel the Organization's subscription, as provided in the Terms of Sale.
14.2 Before closing your account, export the Content and Outputs you want to keep. After closure, they are deleted within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
14.3 We may close a free account that has been inactive for more than 24 months, after notifying you by email at least 30 days in advance.
15. Changes to the Terms of Use
15.1 We may change the Terms of Use, for example to reflect changes in the Service or in the law. We inform you of any material change by email and in the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect. Changes required by law, or that concern only a new feature, may apply sooner.
15.2 If you refuse a change, you may close your account, and cancel your subscription free of charge as provided in the Terms of Sale, before the change takes effect. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with its date.
16. Contact and single point of contact
- General questions, security, notices and appeals: contact@feedova.ai
- Help with the Service: support@feedova.ai
- Billing: billing@feedova.ai
- Personal data: privacy@feedova.ai
The address contact@feedova.ai is our single point of contact for authorities and for users within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), Articles 11 and 12. Accepted languages: French and English. Our legal representative in the European Union is being appointed; their contact details will be published in the legal notice.
17. Language, governing law and disputes
17.1 The Terms of Use are drafted in French and in English. For customers established or resident in France, the French version prevails; for all other customers, the English version prevails.
17.2 The governing law, the handling of complaints and the competent courts are those provided for in sections 24 and 25 of the Terms of Sale, which also apply to free accounts.
